Payment
Payment should be made within 2 days of purchase, or the transaction will be cancelled. Payment is processed through Paypal only. You can use credit card through Paypal without having a Paypal account.
Shipping
Purchase items will be sent within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday) upon order payment is confirmed. Shipping times are ESTIMATES from our experience and CANNOT be guaranteed.
INTERNATIONAL orders:
★ via REGISTERED air mail, shipping time will depend on the length of time your local customs office holds up the parcels for inspection. Shipping fees include shipping costs, delivery confirmation, packaging costs and transportation costs. You will be emailed a tracking number for your order.
★★ Orders will ONLY be shipped to your Etsy address, therefore please DOUBLE CHECK SHIPPING ADDRESS before clicking "SUBMIT" button to make sure the address is correct. We CANNOT be responsible if buyer does not receive the order because we were given the wrong address.
★★★ We are NOT responsible for DAMAGED or LOST items once they are shipped.
